The block printing pattern in my opinion was a lot easier to finish than the adobe illustrator pattern for a few reasons. One being the fact that the actual pattern was only one shape, and the adobe pattern was a whole sheet of shapes formed into a pattern by repeating the sheet. Two, It was a much faster process of tracing, carving, and printing, while the other required multiple steps to get the form just right. Three is the fact that we have done printing before and we are not very familiar with the steps used to repeat the pattern on the computer
